Retail Store Manager (Briarwood Mall)

As a Retail Store Manager at Squishable's Briarwood Mall store, you will oversee daily store operations, lead a team, and drive sales performance. You will be responsible for:

• Leading, motivating, and developing the store team, including hiring, onboarding, and training
• Setting and executing business strategies for the store with the Regional Manager
• Opening and closing the store, managing cash handling, and ensuring accurate inventory levels
• Maintaining high merchandise presentation standards and a fun, memorable environment
• Supporting POS transactions and customer inquiries
• Adhering to company policies, practices, and safety standards

To qualify, you need:

• 2-3 years of retail management experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• 2-5 years of customer service experience
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills
• Ability to receive and provide constructive feedback
• High emotional intelligence and team management skills
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including early mornings, nights, and weekends
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to lift cartons up to 25 lbs

The pay rate for this position is $22.00 per hour.
