Senior Technical Program Manager (Auth0)

The Auth0 Delivery Enablement & Operations team at Okta is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to drive the cross-functional delivery of strategic portfolio work in Platform Infrastructure.

As a Senior Technical Program Manager, you will partner with Product and Engineering teams to implement, maintain, and optimize complex operational processes. Your responsibilities will include:

• Driving large-scale, complex, cross-functional programs from design through delivery
• Partnering with Product and Engineering to define scope, value, and technical requirements, securing commitments across organizations
• Orchestrating planning, prioritization, and execution, managing the integrated program plan and timelines across disparate functions
• Proactively identifying and resolving risks, dependencies, and impediments, clearly communicating trade-offs and solutions to stakeholders
• Building and maintaining strong relationships, serving as the central point of contact and providing consistent transparency into program goals, progress, and quality
• Energizing cross-functional teams to achieve ambitious objectives and uphold world-class operational excellence and security standards
• Developing broad technical and domain knowledge to effectively influence strategy and decision-making

To be a good fit, you should have:

• 5+ years of Technical Program Management experience in a software, SaaS, or systems development environment, with a focus on cyber security
• A track record of collaboration to manage and deliver large-scale technology programs
• Excellence in identifying and managing risks across multiple technical projects
• Experience collaborating with globally distributed teams
• Ability to clearly communicate and establish credibility with technical and non-technical stakeholders, including executive audiences
• Ability to influence and work through others within a matrix organization
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills, especially in a remote environment
• Passion for understanding ambiguous, complex problems and driving high-quality, innovative, and robust solutions
• Experience with agile and other program management methodologies
• Strong attention to detail and focus on execution in a data-informed environment
• A passion for enabling teams to adopt, manage, and optimize processes and tooling

The annual base salary range for this position is between $108,000-$148,500 CAD. Okta offers equity, bonus, and benefits, including health, dental, and vision insurance, RRSP with a match, healthcare spending, telemedicine, and paid leave.
