Manager, Product Management - Business Cards & Payments

We are seeking a Product Manager with a demonstrated interest and aptitude for AI to join our Business Cards & Payments (BC&P) team.

The successful candidate will have a builder's mindset, be relentlessly curious, and able to ask the hard questions.

Key responsibilities:

• Obsess about internal and external customer needs to reimagine and innovate product solutions
• Deliver game-changing outcomes by focusing on leverage and execution excellence
• Leverage technology to deliver innovative and resilient solutions that enable both near-term and long-term value
• Identify and resolve complex problems to deliver outcomes while mitigating product risks
• Lead cross-functional teams to solve customer problems and drive organisational alignment

The role requires:

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field, Business, or Marketing
• Or a Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 3 years of Product Management experience

Preferred qualifications include experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products.

The salary range for this role is:

• McLean, VA: $164,800 - $188,100 per year
• New York, NY: $179,700 - $205,100 per year
• Richmond, VA: $149,800 - $171,000 per year
