Description
We are seeking a passionate payroll professional to join our international and dynamic team as France Payroll Manager. This new role will play a crucial part in ensuring accurate and compliant payroll operations in the EMEA region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage global payroll for France (approximately 1,600 employees) in collaboration with local external partners.
- Monitor French payroll legislation, regulations, and tax requirements, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws.
- Perform controls in accordance with the SOX framework.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and internal partners to align payroll processes with overall business objectives.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, enhancing coherence, accuracy, and efficiency.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of payroll data, maintaining integrity and accuracy of employee records.
- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with payroll providers and external suppliers.
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Payroll Manager, including management of large volumes of payrolls in France.
- Strong knowledge of French payroll regulations, tax law, and labour law.
- Familiarity with payroll systems and software (e.g., SAP, ADP).
- Excellent attention to detail, precision, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with internal and external partners.
- Demonstrated managerial skills with prior team management experience.
- Experience in data analysis and reporting.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Fluency in French and English is essential.
