Employment Counsel

Electronic Arts is seeking an experienced employment attorney for a 5-month maternity coverage period. You will report to the Senior Employment Counsel and work directly with People Experience business partners providing front-line and strategic support on various employment-related subjects.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Global Employment Legal Team to ensure alignment and consistency in all regions where EA operates.
• Act as primary employment counsel for EA's operations in Ireland, Finland, Romania, Czechia, and Switzerland.
• Liaise with external employment counsel where necessary to manage litigation or obtain advice on specific issues.
• Advise on employment or other workforce-related issues arising in transactions and other corporate arrangements in Europe and Asia.
• Support several global employment projects from the employment perspective.

Requirements:

• Practising attorney at a senior level in employment law in an in-house legal department or law firm.
• Qualified solicitor in your location.
• Proficiency with applicable laws relating to employment matters in relevant territories.
• Flexibility and willingness to work on a broad variety of legal matters.
• Experience working cross-functionally with the business and legal teams.
