Solution Engineer

As a Solutions Engineer, you will join the Twilio Communications APJ team and play a critical role in designing and building next-generation customer engagement experiences powered by Twilio's Customer Engagement Platform.

Responsibilities:

• Lead client discovery sessions to identify business challenges, goals, and core value drivers.
• Translate complex customer requirements into high-level future-state architecture and implementation roadmaps.
• Deliver customized software demos, presentations, and proof-of-concepts (POCs) for audiences ranging from front-line staff to C-level executives.
• Address technical objections, respond to RFPs/RFIs, and partner closely with Account Executives to accelerate deal closures.

Qualifications:

• Technical Knowledge: Understanding of cloud computing, cPaaS, AI.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional public speaking, storytelling, interpersonal, and consensus-building capabilities.
• Curious of technology and willingness to learn new technology.

Location: This role will be remotely based in Singapore.

Travel: Approximately 35% travel is anticipated.
