Description
Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at West Hampstead Foodhall, where you'll be at the frontline of the UK's fastest-growing retailer. You'll work early mornings and be responsible for delivering five-star service, recommending and selling our newest food products, and driving growth in sales.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service in a high-pressure environment
- Utilize digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience
- Contribute to a positive, high-energy environment and support colleagues
- Adapt to changing demands of the retail environment and work across various areas of the store
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations and sell M&S Food products
Requirements:
- Ability to work early mornings (04:00-08:00) on Sundays, Mondays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays
- Digital confidence and ability to use digital tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing demands
Working Conditions:
- Part-time role with flexible scheduling
- Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December
- £3.00 p/h unsocial premium added to hours worked between 22:00-06:00
