Distributor Partner Specialist - Port Harcourt

We are seeking a Distributor Partner Specialist to join our team in Port Harcourt, Nigeria. As a Distributor Partner Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring effective execution of Red Bull Distribution and Trade Marketing targets through effective management of the Distribution Partners in the assigned region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the development and implementation of the Trade Marketing Calendar and Commercial Annex with Line Manager and Distribution Partner (DP)
• Build strong relationships with all departments within the DP and support them in driving, managing, and evaluating Red Bull trade initiatives
• Ensure DP implementation of Perfect Store standards per channel
• Coach and work with DP Sales Force to produce executional excellence
• Track and report Key Performance Indicators relating to the Trade Marketing Calendar and Commercial Annex
• Supply data for Red Bull internal reporting processes

Key Results and Deliverables:

• Implement DPS Routines as per agreed DPS Routines Calendar
• Implement a comprehensive Trade Marketing Calendar and Commercial Annex for the DP
• Support achievement of Business Plan set objectives and KPIs in market covered in the Trade Marketing Calendar and Commercial Annex
• Ensure effective and timely execution and evaluation of annual trade marketing and consumer promotions calendar by DP
• Deliver on agreed individual Target and Assignments

Requirements:

• University degree
• 5+ years of sales experience in consumer goods industry (beverage preferred)
• Experience with basic administrative programs, Windows, Internet Browsers, Word, PowerPoint & Excel
• In-depth knowledge of trade and competitive environment
• Fluency in English
• Knowledge of PH & adjoining cities open market/off-trade business environment
