Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at Bury The Rock, where you'll be at the frontline of the UK’s fastest-growing retailer. We're seeking passionate individuals who take pride in their knowledge of M&S Food products and are ready to deliver five-star service at pace.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing remarkable service to ensure customers feel valued
- Confidently recommending and selling new food products
- Utilising digital tools to enhance the customer experience

- Adapting to changing demands of the retail environment
Requirements:
- Digital confidence and ability to use in-store devices
- Flexibility to work across various areas of the store
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment
- Commitment to delivering a seamless customer experience
Working hours:
- Sunday 9pm-5am
- Tuesday 9pm-5am
- Wednesday 9pm-5am
- Potential to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December
Benefits:

- £3.00 p/h unsocial premium for hours worked between 22:00-06:00
