We are looking for a Senior Professional, Mechanical Engineering to join our team in Göteborg or Varberg.
As a Senior Professional, Mechanical Engineering, you will be part of our MEP team within the Property & Buildings sector, focusing on plumbing and electrical areas.
The role involves working with experienced colleagues on projects, leading and guiding less experienced colleagues, and taking responsibility for studies, designs, investigations, controls, inspections, and cost assessments throughout the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
- Conduct studies, designs, investigations, controls, inspections, and cost assessments
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and preferences
- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Manage and coordinate the work of junior engineers and technicians
Requirements:
- At least a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Extensive experience in consulting, entrepreneurship, or project management within the mechanical engineering field
- Strong understanding of the industry and consulting business
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Proficiency in Swedish and English languages
