Are you looking for a career where you can make a difference in the lives of children and families? Above and Beyond Therapy offers paid training to become a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT), providing you with the skills to support children with autism in achieving their developmental goals.
As an RBT, you will work in-home or in a center-based setting, implementing individualized treatment plans and programs designed by a supervising Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing direct 1:1 ABA therapy in home or clinic environments
- Implementing individualized treatment plans and programs
- Collecting data and submitting session notes
- Collaborating with peers and supervisors
- Participating in staff meetings and trainings
We seek individuals with experience working with children, particularly those with autism spectrum disorder. Requirements include:
- Experience working with children and/or adolescents with autism spectrum disorder
- Effective communication in English, both verbally and in writing
- Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and families
- Valid state identification card
- Reliable transportation
- Must pass a criminal background check

Schedule
Monday to Friday, with weekends as needed. Travel requirement: Up to 25% travel.
