Executive Services Program Manager

We're looking for an Executive Services Program Manager to support a fast-growing Global Safety, Intelligence & Security (GSIS) function.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain the policy and procedure library for your assigned GSIS sub-domain
• Support the GSIS metrics and reporting framework for your assigned scope
• Execute assigned tasks in the build-out of net-new capabilities
• Act as first point of contact for lower-complexity stakeholder requests within your assigned domain
• Contribute to audit-ready documentation within your scope
• Support cross-functional GSIS projects of low to moderate complexity

Requirements:

• Program management experience in or adjacent to the corporate/physical security domain
• Contributed to a personal security program or capability build in a high-growth environment
• Working familiarity with at least one or two GSIS domains
• Experience supporting the development of policies, procedures, or documentation
• Clear writing and documentation skills for specialist and non-specialist audiences
• Ability to execute against a defined scope and escalate when necessary

Nice to Have:

• Experience working at an AI-focused organization or frontier technology company
• Operational exposure to a GSIS discipline
• Supported an organization through a security audit, compliance exam, or diligence process
• Experience supporting a security program with a regional or multi-site footprint

The annual compensation range for this role is $195,000-$245,000 USD.
