On Premise Sales & Trade Marketing Graduate - 18 Month Program

The Red Bull Graduate Program is an 18-month opportunity to gain valuable work experience in sales and trade marketing. The program runs from 5th July 2027 to 29th December 2028.

You will have the chance to lead targeted sales projects, develop and implement trade marketing initiatives, analyse performance, and work in the field with On Premise customers.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading sales projects and identifying growth opportunities
• Developing and implementing trade marketing projects
• Analysing performance and producing case studies
• Building relationships with customers and internal teams
• Working in the field with On Premise customers

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree
• Relevant work or internship experience
• Understanding of sales and trade marketing
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and achieve targets
