Intern, HR Engagement & Campus

Grab is Southeast Asia's leading superapp, offering various services such as food delivery, financial management, and transportation.

As an HR Engagement Intern, you will help build our internal culture and manage the end-to-end experience for our Interns and Grabbers community.

Critical Tasks:

• Manage the end-to-end intern lifecycle in Singapore, supporting tasks from initial hiring and onboarding to engagement activities throughout the internship.
• Coordinate the planning and execution of employee culture activities, focusing on wellness, inclusivity, and professional development programmes.
• Write and design editorial content for internal communication channels, including email announcements and intranet updates, to guide employee awareness.
• Evaluate engagement metrics and use data to assess the effectiveness of internal programmes and suggest areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with team partners to identify new ways to refine HR processes and enhance the workplace experience using workflow automations and AI.

Qualifications:

• Current Undergraduate in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Google Suite and creative tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite to produce internal assets.
• Apply AI solutions to automate routine HR tasks and solve practical challenges.
• Organise project timelines and coordinate with multiple partners to ensure the timely delivery of engagement activities.
• Write clear and concise communications for diverse audiences, ensuring brand consistency across all internal platforms.
