We're searching for a Sr. Software Engineer to help us build the future of generative products for ad creative at Reddit.
As a member of the Ads Creative Effectiveness team, you will own the architectural vision for brand asset preservation and style consistency, ensuring our GenAI stack is modular, extensible, and seamlessly integrated into Reddit's infrastructure.
Your responsibilities will include leading creative engineering architecture, advanced editing and asset workflows, scale performance feedback systems, optimize model orchestration and efficiency, robust safety and compliance systems, cross-functional technical leadership, and engineering excellence.
To succeed in this role, you will need expert software engineering and system design skills, applied AI/ML systems engineering experience, strategic product engineering expertise, operational excellence and ownership, technical leadership and influence, mentorship and high standards, and domain expertise in creative tooling.
