Join the M&S Café team in Culverhouse Cross as a Christmas Customer Assistant. This part-time role involves providing excellent customer service, handling orders efficiently, and maintaining high food safety standards.
Responsibilities:
- Provide warm, five-star service to customers
- Make great food and drink recommendations
- Operate digitally to take and fulfil orders quickly
- Maintain impeccable food safety standards
- Support colleagues and contribute to a high-performance culture
- Adapt quickly to changing situations
Work Pattern:
- Thursday 10:00-14:00
- Friday 14:00-18:00
- Saturday 10:00-18:30
Note: Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
