FCP - FMS Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organised and flexible individual to join our team as a FCP - FMS Operations Coordinator. This role involves supporting FCP operations, including loading and unloading equipment, setting up and tearing down sales locations, and participating in damage control during shows.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload merchandise and food equipment, providing assistance and support to the Operations Lead.
• Conduct inventory checks on all items, merchandise, and non-chargeable items on a weekly basis.
• Assist with inside stadium operations, including setting up and tearing down merch stands, repairing equipment, and collecting and delivering equipment to the equipment trailer.
• Maintain equipment trailer upkeep and prepare for load-in and load-out.
• Create and deliver item issues for both inside stadium and merch trailers.
• Issue vendor T-shirts, hats, and other non-chargeable items.
• Assist with vendor registration and merch stand presentation.
• Monitor and clean the concourse area during shows.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous work experience is recommended.
• Must be willing to travel as required.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Basic computer and tablet skills, including Excel and Word, are a plus.
• Strong communication skills and adaptability are essential.
• Ability to follow directions and work well under pressure.
