As a Senior Talent Coordinator, you will guide candidates through a seamless recruiting journey, ensuring every touchpoint reflects EA's commitment to creativity, inclusion, and positive play.

You will collaborate with the Global Talent Acquisition team, supporting the hiring of talent for iconic franchises like EA Sports FC, The Sims, Battlefield, and Apex Legends. Reporting to the Team Lead, you will help deliver a world-class candidate experience and contribute to EA's reputation as a Best Place to Work.

This is a hybrid role, with 3 days a week in office work expected in the Vancouver office.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with recruiters to schedule interviews for candidates, navigating multiple calendars and time zones to ensure efficient coordination.
  • Audit offer letters for accuracy and compliance, supporting EA in maintaining hiring practices across all departments.
  • Coordinate new hire onboarding tasks.
  • Contribute to process improvement projects within Global Talent Acquisition, helping refine workflows and enhance the Talent Coordinator Community.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of professional experience in an office or administrative role, supporting recruiting or talent acquisition processes.
  • Experience scheduling and coordinating interviews across multiple calendars and time zones, using tools like Outlook and Google Workspace.
  • Experience auditing offer letters and supporting onboarding tasks, ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems to manage candidate information and recruitment workflows.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience with Outlook, Applicant Tracking Systems, Workday, and Google Workspace.

Salary: $60,300 - $78,800 CAD
