Senior Manager, Program Management

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Program Management to lead strategic execution across our AI organisation.

Job Responsibilities

The successful candidate will establish and operate the execution framework that enables multiple AI initiatives to move from concept to production at scale.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and maintaining project roadmaps for smooth execution across multiple AI initiatives.
• Acting as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring clear communication of AI program objectives.
• Partnering with engineering, product management, and business leaders to align AI initiatives with company goals.
• Communicating project progress, risks, and outcomes to executive leadership and key stakeholders.
• Working closely with AI teams, data scientists, software developers, marketing, and PR teams to manage project lifecycles.
• Ensuring AI models and products are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Owning and continuously improving the AI organisation's operating rhythm.
• Defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics for AI initiatives.
• Managing program budgets for cost-effective AI solution implementation.
• Establishing scalable program management practices.

Pre-Requisites

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in project/program management, preferably in AI, data science, or software development.
• Proven track record of leading complex AI/ML initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies.
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, model lifecycle management, and cloud-based AI deployment.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML lifecycle tools.
• Background in AI-driven product development or AI/ML software engineering.
• Proficiency in project management tools.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leading executive-level planning and reporting processes.
• Ability and willingness to learn new technologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, AI, Business Management, or a related field.

Travel Requirements

• Role based in Singapore office with up to 1 travel trip per year.
