Join Marks & Spencer's team in Navan as a Sales Advisor - Christmas - Operations and help deliver an exceptional customer experience during the festive season.
This is a fixed-term seasonal contract ending on 26 December 2026, with the possibility of an extension subject to business needs.
As an Operations Customer Assistant, you will be responsible for keeping everything flowing behind the scenes, from deliveries and stock to making sure the shop floor is full, tidy, and ready for customers.
Your tasks will include:
- Working deliveries and moving stock quickly and safely
- Keeping shelves full, clean, and customer-ready
- Using digital tools to track stock and support availability
- Working across the store when needed, from back of house to shop floor
- Supporting your team during busy periods
- Staying organised, focused, and one step ahead
