Seasonal Stylist (Retail) (Part-time)

Mejuri is seeking a Seasonal Stylist to join their team at Bethesda Row, Bethesda. As a Seasonal Stylist, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, creating a warm and inviting experience. You'll stay current on fashion trends, educate customers on products, and inspire them to try something new.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service, leading by example and upholding Mejuri's brand vision and values
• Ensure positive customer experience, promoting services such as piercing and engraving
• Participate in order fulfillment, supporting in-store sales, phone sales, and BOPIS
• Maintain organizational integrity of back-of-house stock and display inventory
• Use point-of-sale systems and other retail technology
• Support in mitigating internal and external loss of product
• Identify and escalate opportunities, gaps, and risks to store leadership
• Support merchandising efforts, ensuring brand standards are upheld
• Build healthy relationships with colleagues and establish a positive work environment

This role currently has a base pay range of $19 - $20 per hour based on a candidate's experience and qualifications.
