Description
Investment Banking Capital Markets (IBCM) comprises regional and industry-focused coverage teams that deliver financial products and services to clients. The Strategic Equities Transaction Group (SETG) specializes in designing and delivering bespoke solutions to corporates, financial institutions, sponsors, high net worth individuals, and sovereign wealth funds.
The role involves working on origination and execution of IBCM transactions, including capital raising, M&A, corporate restructurings, and ratings. You will work with senior bankers to analyze and develop transaction ideas, support origination and execution of structured share-backed financing, and establish networks with internal stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:
- Working with senior bankers on transaction ideas
- Supporting origination, execution, and management of structured share-backed financing
- Establishing networks with internal stakeholders
- Participating in marketing efforts and preparing client presentations
- Supporting trade execution for structured deals
- Coordinating transactions with internal and external parties
The ideal candidate has an MBA Finance or CA background with 4-5 years of experience in broader financing roles, comprehensive knowledge of financial statements and accounting concepts, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
