Senior Business Systems Analyst, SAP Services Manufacturing

The NVIDIA IT Business Applications team is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst - SAP Services Manufacturing to join their team, supporting Operations and Engineering Operations businesses. This role involves working closely with various business and cross-functional IT teams, focusing on the Mass Production of Chips and Boards and related Execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business users to understand their requirements and provide system solutions for complex business problems.
• Work on multiple internal projects to implement new functionalities and improve existing ones in Production Planning, Execution, Inventory Management, and associated functions.
• Configure and support SAP PP/MM processes.
• Coordinate with onsite-offshore resources, including multi-functional teams, developers, and technical team members to prioritize, coordinate, and implement solutions.
• Prepare and conduct Unit Testing and User Acceptance Testing scripts.
• Work with third-party partners, including contract manufacturers.
• Develop training documentation and provide training to end-users, team members, and relevant partners as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree, or equivalent experience in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Business.
• 8+ years of SAP ECC 6.0/S4 experience, focusing on SAP PP/MM Modules.
• Expert-level experience in manufacturing supply chain and end-to-end supply chain processes, particularly in reverse logistics and related manufacturing covering RMA, Serial Numbers, and re-manufacturing.
• Knowledge of SAP BW/Hana reporting and other reporting tools is preferable.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with standard SAP PP/MM features and configuration, integrated with FI/SD modules/SRM/BW systems.
• Expertise in business functions such as plan to build/inventory management/vendor management/subcontracting process/stock transfer order/batch management/serialization/master data.
• Ability to architect solutions by seamlessly integrating and working with other teams.
• Strong exposure to data integration with non-SAP tools/partners through EDI/IDOC etc.
• Experience in custom solution implementation across various RICEFW.
• Familiarity with SAP tools like SAP Portals, SAP Ariba, SAP APO, SAP-GTS, SAP SRM UI5, and label printing third-party solutions is desirable.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with multiple end-to-end lifecycle implementations.
• S/4 HANA implementation experience.
• Experience working on analytics and data mining related to operations processes.
• Exposure to SAP upgrade and infrastructure upgrade projects.
• Semiconductor industry experience and implementation of SAP best practices.
