You will join the Application Engineering team, which supports the platforms used to deliver exceptional Sales and CX interactions.
Here's what you will do day-to-day:
- Design, build, and maintain scalable Apex solutions on the Salesforce platform to support Sales and CX teams
- Use AI coding assistants to write, review, debug, and document code throughout the development lifecycle
- Oversee ongoing improvements to deployed features and measure their impact
- Apply Salesforce platform architecture and change/release management best practices
- Write well-structured, easily maintainable, and well-documented code
- Build, test, and debug reliable production systems at scale
- Contribute to codebases beyond Salesforce when needed
Here's what we're looking for:
- 6+ years of professional software engineering experience, including 4+ years developing on the Salesforce platform in Apex
- Salesforce Platform Developer I and/or Application Architect certification(s)
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture
- Fluent, daily use of AI coding assistants
- Comfortable writing well-structured, maintainable, well-documented code
- Proven track record building, testing, and debugging reliable production systems at scale
- Skilled at translating ambiguous requirements into business value
- Experience in regulated industries preferred
Our cash compensation amount for this role is targeted at $163,000–$204,000 in Denver & most remote locations, and $197,000–$247,000 for San Francisco & New York.
