District Manager (m/f/d) in the areas of Brilon, Butzbach and Bad Hersfeld

We are looking for a District Manager (m/f/d) to join our team in the areas of Brilon, Butzbach and Bad Hersfeld.

As a District Manager, you will be the face of Bremer & Leguil in your region, advising existing customers, building new contacts and developing tailored technical solutions together with our customers.

Your tasks will include:

• Providing personal on-site support and advice to our existing customers and continuously developing customer relationships
• Expanding our network through active new customer acquisition and creating sustainable customer relationships
• Analysing requirements with your customers and developing customised solutions that create real added value and enable long-term success
• Managing projects from initial consultation to successful implementation in close collaboration with our internal departments
• Monitoring market trends and developments in competition and industry, and deriving sales opportunities from them
• Organising your tasks independently, planning customer visits efficiently and managing your territory in an entrepreneurial and goal-oriented manner

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Completed technical qualification, e.g. as a mechanical engineering technician, industrial or electrical engineer, or a degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or a comparable technical field
• Initial professional experience in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or a manufacturing company is desirable
• Knowledge of lubricants and/or technical cleaners is advantageous
• Good technical understanding and the ability to communicate complex products and solutions clearly and convincingly
• Pronounced customer orientation, confident appearance and enthusiasm for active sales
• Independent, structured and responsible working style with high willingness to travel within your district
• Very good German language skills in writing and speaking
