Description
Braze seeks a Lead Solutions Engineer, POC Operations to own the POC program for its Solutions organisation. The successful candidate will design and operate the system ensuring every Solutions Consultant running a POC has a clear playbook, the right resources, and a structured path to a technical win.
Key responsibilities include:
- Defining the end-to-end POC methodology
- Building and maintaining the resourcing and capacity-planning model
- Running the recurring intake, status, and review cadence across all active POCs
- Designing the risk and escalation process
- Building and maintaining repeatable POC playbooks, templates, and tooling
- Reporting POC program metrics and recommending improvements
- Partnering with cross-functional teams
- Continuously improving the program
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in technical program management, solutions consulting operations, or a related role within B2B SaaS, with experience designing, scaling, or operating a technical program.
