You are a highly experienced applications engineer with deep expertise in emulation platforms and methodologies. You possess a strong technical background in hardware verification, system architecture, and EDA tools. Responsibilities

  • Lead customer engagements for emulation solutions, providing technical guidance and support to optimize verification workflows.
  • Design and implement advanced emulation strategies for complex SoC and ASIC projects.
  • Collaborate with R&D teams to influence product development and ensure customer requirements are addressed.
  • Develop and deliver technical presentations, training, and workshops for internal teams and customers.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve challenging emulation issues, ensuring customer satisfaction and project success.
  • Mentor junior engineers, fostering knowledge sharing and professional growth within the team.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience with emulation platforms (such as Synopsys ZeBu, Mentor Veloce, Cadence Palladium, or similar).
  • Strong knowledge of hardware description languages (Verilog, SystemVerilog, VHDL) and verification methodologies (UVM, OVM).
  • Proficiency in debugging and optimizing complex hardware and software interactions.
  • Solid understanding of SoC/ASIC architecture and design flows.
  • Experience with scripting languages (Python, Perl, TCL) for automation and workflow improvement.
