Description
We are seeking a Strategic Finance Analytics Manager to build and lead the financial modelling and analytics capability at the core of PointClickCare's strategic finance function.
The successful candidate will deliver models, tools, and decision support to enable leadership to drive profitability, optimize commercial strategy, and allocate resources with precision.
Key responsibilities:
- Build and maintain financial and profitability models to evaluate strategic decisions
- Apply AI/ML tools to modernize and accelerate modelling, scenario generation, and reporting
- Evaluate pricing changes through quantitative modelling of customer, revenue, and margin impact
- Deliver regular profitability and commercial performance reporting to executive leadership
- Partner with FP&A and Sales Ops to integrate pricing and profitability analytics into the forecast and planning cycle
Requirements:
- University degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related quantitative field
- 5-7 years in financial analysis, FP&A, or quantitative/strategic finance in a SaaS or technology environment
- Exceptional financial modelling and scenario-analysis skills
- Hands-on experience applying AI/ML tools to accelerate and modernize modelling and reporting workflows
Preferred qualifications:
- Pricing or monetization experience
- Experience with BI tools (Power BI preferred) and executive-grade data visualization
- Exposure to Salesforce (SFDC), including Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA)
We offer a salary range of $108,000 - $120,000 per year, plus bonus and benefits.
