Verification & Validation Engineer

We are seeking a Verification & Validation Engineer to join our team in Casablanca.

You will analyze and leverage data from vehicle testing, test benches, and simulations to evaluate and optimize vehicle energy and thermal management performance. Your responsibilities will also include performing data processing and KPI monitoring, identifying performance gaps, conducting root cause analysis, preparing technical reports, and providing recommendations for the validation of Energy Management and Thermal Management deliverables.

Key skills required for this role include:

• Programming skills in Python, MATLAB, Power BI, and Excel
• Experience with CANape and INCA
• Data analysis and interpretation
• Vehicle energy management and battery thermal management
• HVAC systems

To qualify for this position, you will need:

• A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field
• Strong understanding of vehicle dynamics, powertrain systems, and control strategies
• Experience with calibration tools such as INCA and CANape
• Strong data analysis and interpretation skills
• Good problem-solving abilities and analytical mindset
• Vehicle testing and driving evaluation experience is a plus
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Knowledge of automotive diagnostics (OBD, trouble codes)
• Understanding of ECU systems
• Driver License B
