Project Manager, Fanatec

We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee multiple projects in parallel, driving timelines from concept to mass production handover.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage 3-4 projects simultaneously
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Mechanical, Electrical, Firmware, Software, Marketing, and Operations
• Track project milestones and ensure clear communication across global stakeholders
• Manage project budgets and identify, assess, and mitigate risks
• Drive decision-making by balancing timeline, cost, and quality trade-offs

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in project management within tech/IT/hardware
• Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects
• Strong communication skills, especially in international environments
• Fluent in English
• Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office

Nice to Have:

• Experience in consumer electronics, gaming, or sim racing
• Understanding of at least one engineering domain (Mechanical, Electrical, or Software/Firmware/IT)
• Experience working with global teams
• Familiarity with tools like JIRA/Confluence
