Senior Manager, Product Design

We're seeking a Senior Manager, Product Design to join the Navigator Platform team at Capital One. This role combines B2B enterprise design and AI innovation to enhance dealer-customer interactions. You'll lead a team, mentor designers, and collaborate with product, engineering, and stakeholders to create impactful experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate expertise in product design, leveraging various skills across interaction, visual, and service design
• Lead and mentor a team of designers, fostering a positive and inclusive environment
• Shape product direction and outcomes using design expertise, user insights, and business understanding
• Drive alignment across product, tech, and business partners to prioritize user needs
• Advocate for human-centered methodologies and apply data-driven insights to problem-solving
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to support workstream projects
• Present work across levels and job functions, integrating design frameworks and research insights

Requirements:

• At least 6 years of experience in Product Design
• At least 6 years of experience with design and prototyping tools like Figma
• At least 2 years of experience in a people leadership role

Preferred Qualifications:

• At least 8 years of experience in Product Design and Figma
• Experience with established design systems, collaborating with product/tech/business leaders, and leading design projects/teams

Salary: $182,500 - $208,300 per year
