Area Manager, Fulfillment Operations

As ShipBob's Area Manager, Fulfillment Operations, you will oversee inventory control processes, develop a team of associates, drive process improvement, maintain a safe work environment, and track performance and employee engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Run daily standup meetings, assigning tasks to ICQA associates
• Track ICQA associate task progress and provide training where necessary
• Produce weekly reports on incorrect practices or issues that could lead to lost inventory
• Provide feedback to the SCO team on new processes or tools needed
• Ensure quick and accurate response to Jira tickets
• Oversee site-level hazard and risk analysis activities
• Maintain and verify product traceability, inventory accuracy, and conformance to product safety standards

Requirements:

• 2+ years of people management and operational leadership experience in a high-volume 3PL fulfillment environment
• Ability to manage performance, deliver feedback, train and develop talent
• Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel, PowerBI, and TMS systems
• Strong analytical skills and experience tracking and achieving KPIs
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
