Description
We are seeking a Senior Manager, Product Management to join our Card Core team. As a Senior Manager, Product Management, you will play a key role in defining strategy, solving complex challenges, and ensuring seamless integration across critical systems. You will be responsible for driving one of the largest and most critical integrations in our history, transforming the servicing ecosystem for the Card business with a focus on smart innovations in automation and scale.
The role requires proficiency in five key areas: Human Centered, Business Focused, Technology Driven, Integrated Problem Solving, and Transformational Leadership.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field), Business or Marketing
- OR Bachelor's degree in any field and 4 years of Product Management experience
- Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products
Salary:
- Chicago, IL: $182,500 - $208,300 per year
- McLean, VA: $200,700 - $229,100 per year
- New York, NY: $219,000 - $249,900 per year
