Activator

As an Activator at Red Bull Sweden AB, you will play a crucial role in developing relationships with key customers in the retail sector. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Merchandising: Regularly visiting and developing relationships with major customers, replenishing sales points, ensuring maximum visibility and availability of Red Bull products, and maintaining high-quality brand representation.
• Customer Orientation: Collaborating with customers to develop the business, providing personalised, knowledgeable, and reliable service, and delivering first-class service.
• POS Management: Ensuring Red Bull's presence, placement, and appearance in stores according to agreements, and being an expert on optimal product display.
• Perfect Store: Working with customers to focus on Perfect Store principles, including availability, distribution, pricing, visibility, placement, and attractive communication.
• Promotional Activation: Taking responsibility for promotional activities, ensuring they meet or exceed expectations, and being creative and willing to test new ideas.

Requirements:

• Valid B driver's license
• Previous experience in customer service and sales
• Structured and proactive work style
• Loyal and reliable
• Trustworthy and skilled in building long-term relationships
• Good communication skills and team player
• Fluency in Swedish and English
• Experience in the retail or service industry is a merit
