Grounds Staff

Join the New York Red Bulls as a Grounds Staff member at Red Bull Arena in Harrison, New Jersey.

As a Grounds Staff member, you will be responsible for maintaining the sports field and assisting with various events.

Responsibilities:

• Work soccer matches, including MLS, NWSL, International matches, high school matches, concerts, and other field-related events at Sports Illustrated Stadium.
• Collaborate with grounds staff on tasks such as mowing, setting up goals, pitch watering, post-game breakdown, field recovery, and event conversions.
• Assist with grow light rigs, turf fans, tarps, landscaping, and snow removal.
• Maintain professionalism around staff members, coaching staff members, players, and fans.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, etc.).
• Perform physical tasks such as lifting and carrying 50+ pounds.

The hourly rate for this temporary position is $18/hour, subject to change.
