Senior Analyst, Investment Management

Invesco Real Estate is a global real estate investment management business with $88.9 billion in real estate assets under management. The Senior Analyst partners with Investment Managers to optimize asset performance and values.

Responsibilities of the Role:

• Develop and execute property-specific strategies
• Analyze major leasing decisions and their impact on value
• Perform feasibility studies and evaluate property-level performance against industry benchmarks
• Provide support and analysis for quarterly and annual property reports and budgets

Requirements for the Role:

• Four-year or equivalent undergraduate degree in Business or related field
• 1-3 years of experience in commercial and/or multi-family real estate industry
• Effective interpersonal, communication, and listening skills
• Strong computer literacy; experience with AI, Argus, VTS, RealPage, Microsoft Excel and Word, and PowerPoint is a plus

The total compensation offered for this position, which includes salary and incentive pay, will vary based on skills, experience, and location. The salary range for this position in San Francisco is $90,000 to $115,000 annually.
