Howden, a global insurance group, is seeking Mortgage Advisors to join their growing team across Birmingham, Leeds, Bristol, and Scotland. As a Mortgage Advisor, you will work closely with clients to help them find the right mortgage solutions while delivering a first-class experience from application to completion.
Responsibilities:
- Provide mortgage advice to new and existing clients
- Understand clients' circumstances and recommend suitable mortgage solutions
- Build strong relationships with clients, lenders, and introducers
- Manage applications through the full mortgage journey
- Deliver excellent customer outcomes in line with FCA requirements
- Keep accurate records and maintain high-quality case files
- Proactively generate and develop business opportunities
Requirements:
- CeMAP qualified (or equivalent)
- Previous experience advising on mortgages
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A customer-first approach
- Good attention to detail and ability to manage a busy pipeline
- Comfortable working in a regulated environment
- Commercially minded with a desire to grow your business and client base
