Field Training Manager

We are seeking a Field Training Manager to manage the education and development of store-based Managers and Artists in Spain and Portugal.

As a Field Training Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Developing and delivering training programs to ensure that store-based Managers and Artists have the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional customer service
• Managing the Learning Management System to track training progress and ensure that all employees are up-to-date on required training
• Collaborating with the Field Sales Manager to develop a people plan and strategy for the area
• Providing coaching and feedback to store-based Managers and Artists to help them improve their performance
• Analyzing sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted training programs

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience working in the beauty industry
• Proven experience in coaching and delivering high-performance results
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong commercial awareness and understanding of how to build capability to drive growth
• Ability to identify training needs and develop content and coaching to meet those needs
• Strong interpersonal skills and a team-player mentality
• Positive approach and independent working style
• Fluency in English and Spanish
