IOM is seeking a Head of Partnership and Programme Support Unit (PPSU) to oversee technical and managerial aspects of programme development, partnerships, and donor reporting.
The successful candidate will direct the PPSU, providing strategic guidance on programme quality, portfolio performance, and funding opportunities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Directing the operations of the PPSU
- Providing technical advice on programme quality and portfolio performance
- Developing and implementing programme development and partnership strategies
- Managing and supervising PPSU personnel
The ideal candidate will have:
- A master's degree in a relevant field
- Seven years of relevant professional experience
- Extensive experience in policy analysis, programme strategy, and project development
- Demonstrated experience managing multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent strategic planning, programme development, and analytical skills
