You will join the Wise Assistant team, which is building a conversational AI that will become a central interface for managing money on Wise. This is a super visible and highly ambitious AI project. The team is at the forefront of applied AI at Wise, automating 40% of customer support chats with LLMs, and pushing further with voice automation, agentic AI, and becoming the conversational operating system at Wise.
As an Engineering Lead, you will:
- Lead a small, senior engineering team building production LLM systems
- Shape the technical vision for AI at Wise: architecture, evaluation, and integration of the latest research into production
- Partner closely with embedded Data Science, PM, Analyst, and Prompt Engineering functions
- Stay close to the latest tech, working hands-on on system design and architecture
- Be a thought leader on AI engineering at Wise
