Senior Application Development Analyst

Okta is seeking a Senior Salesforce Product Analyst to join the Technology Data and Intelligence (TDI) team. The successful candidate will help scale internal systems with a focus on security and reliability, leveraging deep knowledge of CPQ and Sales Cloud.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather requirements and analyse business needs to translate into detailed user stories
• Conduct thorough analysis of existing processes and systems to identify opportunities for improvement
• Implement Salesforce CPQ solutions, including product and price rule configuration, and advanced approvals
• Collaborate with developers and administrators to design and implement enhancements and customizations
• Partner with various functions to design, implement, and enhance the CPQ platform
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy through effective data management practices
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights into key performance metrics
• Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement integrations between Salesforce and other systems
• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to validate functionality and performance
• Ensure Salesforce solutions adhere to organisational security policies and industry regulations

Qualifications and Requirements:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Business Analyst or Implementation Consultant specializing in Salesforce Sales Cloud and CPQ
• Proven experience with Salesforce integrations, specifically connecting CRM platforms with product-led systems and cross-functional tools
• Demonstrated ability to own the end-to-end delivery lifecycle, from initial conception and configuration through to launch and post-deployment support
• Salesforce Certified Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, or CPQ Specialist credentials are highly preferred
• Strong problem-solving mindset focused on continuous process improvement and operational efficiency
• Solid understanding of AI solutions and their application in enhancing analytical workflows and data insights
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable, high-quality technical solutions
• Proven track record of collaborating with diverse business teams and stakeholders to align goals
• Demonstrated strong ownership and ability to communicate effectively and collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional, global teams and stakeholders
