Description
We're seeking a Pharmacy Colleague to join our team in Bilton-Hull, working part-time for 10 hours per week at £13.10 per hour.
As a Pharmacy Colleague, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service in our in-store pharmacies. You will be responsible for accurately assembling and processing prescriptions, driving awareness of additional services offered in Pharmacy, and supporting the Pharmacist with patient services.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing excellent customer service, responding to customer queries, and resolving problems promptly
- Accurately assembling and processing prescriptions
- Promoting additional services offered in Pharmacy, such as Prescription Collection Service and Medicines Use Reviews
- Supporting the Pharmacist with patient services, including blood pressure checks and stop-smoking schemes
- Developing an understanding of Standard Operating Procedures and adhering to them
