Description
We're seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead transformation and drive performance at Ford Motor Company. As a critical leadership role, you'll shape culture, impact quality and efficiency, and lead a dedicated hourly team.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of employees to produce high-quality products and meet or exceed production targets
- Foster a culture of workplace safety and enforce regulations
- Drive operational excellence and address shortcomings proactively
- Prioritize critical tasks and allocate human resources efficiently
- Develop and implement effective solutions to problems
- Build high-performing teams and invest in their growth
- Utilize data to drive improvements in efficiency and quality
- Identify and eliminate inefficiencies, improve processes, and drive innovation
- Resolve conflicts fairly and effectively
- Champion accountability and fairness
- Collaborate with team members and other department stakeholders
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent 3-7+ years of supervisory, manufacturing, military, or other relevant experience
- Ability to work rotating shifts and hours, including nights and weekends
- Fundamental working knowledge of PLC logic and controls
