Description
ElevenLabs is seeking a Full-Stack Engineer to join its Productions team, which provides managed services for creators and media businesses. The engineer will work on building systems that combine human expertise and AI to deliver high-quality audio products.
The role involves owning a scope in one of the following areas:
- Human data platform: building labelling and evaluation tools for research teams to improve AI models
- Core productions engine: developing and maintaining services that run production workflows
- Editor platform: creating professional editing tools using Rust
The ideal candidate will have strong backend engineering experience, ideally in functional programming languages like Rust, with a full-stack focus on designing UI systems. They should be comfortable switching between building new tools and hardening the platform underneath it.

This is a remote-first role that can be executed from anywhere in Europe and the US East Coast, with flexibility to work from ElevenLabs offices in London, New York, Dublin, Amsterdam, and Warsaw.
