Assistant Producer - EA SPORTS™ FC

Electronic Arts is seeking an Assistant Producer to join the EA SPORTS™ FC team in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. This is a temporary position lasting 12 months, with a hybrid work arrangement requiring on-site work 3 times a week.

As an Assistant Producer, you will work closely with the production, product management, art, and quality verification teams to create compelling live content for EA SPORTS FC. You will translate real-world football events into live content ideas, develop live content plans and strategies, and work directly in custom tools to create, verify, and publish live content.

Responsibilities:

• Build live content designs using complex spreadsheets, design documents, and internal tools
• Translate real-world football events into live content ideas/plans on short notice
• Develop live content plans and strategies to retain and engage players
• Work directly in custom tools to create, verify, and publish live content
• Collaborate with the quality verification team to ensure high-quality content
• Work with other Producers to meet deadlines, targets, and priority changes
• Become an expert on the game and our community
• Establish and improve processes to make life easier for the Content Production team

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of experience working on a live service product
• High levels of attention to detail
• Good eye for game quality and advocate for the end-user experience
• Football (soccer) fan with familiarity with players, teams, and leagues
• Experience with game production tools and Project Management software is a plus
• Ability to think outside the box to solve complex time-sensitive problems
• Knowledge and proficiency in improving team efficiencies and processes
• A/B testing knowledge
• Knowledge of in-game economy management and power curve balancing
