Operations Supervisor

You will lead the daily delivery of street cleansing and waste services, ensuring operational excellence, safety, and compliance across all activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and organise daily operations, crew deployment, and allocate vehicles, equipment, and materials.
• Maintain effective staffing, vehicle, and equipment schedules.
• Manage team inductions, attendance, and performance, providing coaching and support.
• Ensure accurate completion of reports, timesheets, and schedules.
• Promote a strong safety culture and enforce procedures.
• Build and maintain positive working relationships with Local Authorities and partners.
• Identify opportunities to enhance service delivery and support business objectives.

Requirements:

• Full, valid UK driving licence.
• Proven experience supervising teams within operations, waste management, or a similar environment.
