As a Site Payments Specialist at ICON, you will be responsible for overseeing payment processes, ensuring compliance, and providing expert guidance to support effective payment administration and strategic funding initiatives.

What You Will Do:

You will lead on payment development tasks requiring technical depth, with a focus on quality and continuous improvement. Key responsibilities include:

• Managing and overseeing all aspects of the payment lifecycle, including payment review, processing, compliance monitoring, and reporting.
• Providing expert analysis and evaluation of payment data, and making recommendations for improvements.
• Ensuring adherence to payment regulations, and internal policies, and implementing best practices in payment management.
• Preparing and presenting comprehensive reports on payment performance, and compliance.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including finance, program managers, and external partners, to support and optimize payment-related activities and initiatives.
• Staying informed about industry trends, and regulatory changes to enhance payment management practices and inform strategic decision-making.

Your Profile:

You will have a strong foundation in payment management, with the experience to work independently and guide others. Required qualifications and experience:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline
• Extensive experience in payment management and administration, with a proven track record of managing complex payment processes and ensuring compliance.
• Deep understanding of payment regulations, and best practices in payment management.
• Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate payment data, and provide strategic insights and recommendations.
• Proficiency in payment management software and financial reporting tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders and team members.
• Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple payments and priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
