HVAC Service Technician

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team in Concord, NH. As a technician, you will diagnose, service, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems. You will also perform preventative maintenance and system tune-ups, troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, airflow, refrigerant, and control issues, and provide a professional customer experience from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, service, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems
• Perform preventative maintenance and system tune-ups
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, airflow, refrigerant, and control issues
• Service furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, mini splits, central AC systems, and air handlers
• Explain findings and present repair or replacement options to homeowners
• Identify opportunities for system upgrades and maintenance agreements
• Complete estimates, invoices, and service documentation accurately
• Maintain company vehicle, tools, parts, and equipment
• Follow EPA, OSHA, and company safety standards
• Provide a professional customer experience from start to finish

Requirements:

• 5+ years of residential HVAC service experience preferred
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting ability
• EPA 608 certification required
• Experience with furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, mini splits, and AC systems
• Knowledge of electrical and low-voltage troubleshooting
• Ability to explain technical issues in a way customers understand
• Comfortable presenting repair and replacement options
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Service Titan or similar field service software experience is a plus
