We are seeking a Seasonal: 4am Inbound (Stocking) team member to join our team at Target. As a Seasonal team member, you will play a crucial role in supporting our guests and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
Job Summary Working as a Seasonal: 4am Inbound (Stocking) team member, you will be responsible for stocking, setting, and selling Target products. You will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, often during peak periods such as holidays and weekends.
Responsibilities
- Stock, set, and sell Target products
- Provide exceptional guest service, responding to guest queries and resolving issues promptly
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
- Adapt to changing situations and priorities, demonstrating flexibility and a positive attitude
- Operate a cash register, handling transactions accurately and efficiently
- Lift, move, and scan merchandise, often up to 40 pounds
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace, adhering to health and safety guidelines
