UIGTM Analytics Executive Director

You are a business-minded analytics leader who turns imperfect data into decisions executives can act on. You will lead a team responsible for GTM Data Science, Customer Data Management, and GTM Data Analytics and Strategy across a global go-to-market organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team spanning GTM Data Science, Customer Data Management, and GTM Data Analytics and Strategy.
• Define the analytics roadmap and priorities that support business planning, performance management, forecasting, segmentation, and strategic decision-making.
• Build executive-level reporting, dashboards, and measurement frameworks that give senior leaders visibility into what is working, what is not, and where to focus.
• Oversee customer and go-to-market data governance, quality, and consistency.
• Translate complex business questions from sales, marketing, and operations leaders into analytical approaches that deliver clear, actionable recommendations.

• Shape how Synopsys uses analytics and data to drive better go-to-market decisions.
• Improve the quality, consistency, and accessibility of customer and go-to-market data.
• Build measurement frameworks and performance visibility that help senior leadership understand where growth is coming from and where it is at risk.
• Enable more effective planning and forecasting by surfacing insights that connect customer trends, market dynamics, and internal execution.

Requirements:

• 12+ years of experience in analytics, data science, business intelligence, customer data management, or go-to-market strategy, with at least 5 years leading teams.
• Proven ability to lead high-performing teams across multiple analytics and data disciplines.
• Strong track record translating complex data and analysis into clear, compelling recommendations that influence senior leadership decisions.
• Experience building executive-level reporting, performance management frameworks, and decision-support capabilities in a complex, matrixed organisation.
